Meet Jennifer Hill: 23-year mortgage broker, working stand-up comedian, and founder of the Denver Comedy Collective.

On paper, those don't belong on the same business card. In practice, they're the same skill wearing different outfits. Guiding someone through the biggest financial decision of their life takes the same thing that makes a comedy show land: you have to actually listen, read the room, and tell people the truth in a way they can hear. Twenty-three years of one taught her the other — and now she does both, on purpose, in the same city she calls home.
