Founded by Jennifer Hill — a Denver-based mortgage broker, comedian, speaker, producer, and educator with more than 20 years of experience — Loans Laughs and Speakers brings together three worlds that may seem different at first: mortgage education, comedy, and professional speaking. But at the center of all three is the same mission: helping people navigate life, business, money, and community with more confidence and less confusion.

The Loans side helps homebuyers, homeowners, real estate agents, investors, and self-employed borrowers better understand their mortgage options. From first-time buyer education and creative loan solutions to HELOCs, renovation loans, DSCR loans, bank statement loans, and unique property financing, the goal is to make mortgage strategy feel clear, approachable, and useful.

The Laughs side celebrates Denver’s growing comedy scene by producing live shows, open mics, showcases, storytelling events, and community-centered entertainment.
