  • We finance bare land suitable for personal recreation.

  • Properties with cabins are eligible.

  • Hunting and fishing properties qualify under this category.

  • Recreational land must generally include 20 acres or more.

  • We finance hobby farms with an unlimited amount of acreage.

  • Eligible properties may include barns, stables or other outbuildings intended for personal use.

  • We allow livestock such as horses, cattle or goats, but not for large commercial operations.

  • Properties with multiple dwellings are acceptable.

  • Eligible barndominiums should have a typical home layout

  • The residential portion must be separate from any commercial activity

  • Livestock cannot be housed within the residential portion of the building.
